Influencing the affairs of Noxus since the empire's earliest days, Vladimir's mastery of hemomancy allows him to manipulate the minds and bodies of others as easily as his own. Revered as both a noble and a cult figure, he has built a fanatical following around himself while feeding his insatiable thirst for power and blood.  

Origins and Rise to Power  

The Kingdom of the Argent Throne

Once a prince of Camavor, Vladimir was handed over as a hostage to a Darkin in a desperate bid to save his kingdom. Betrayed by his own father, Vladimir willingly embraced the Darkin's teachings, learning hemomancy and leading his master's armies to destroy his homeland. In time, Vladimir betrayed his Darkin master, absorbing his power and gaining immortality at the cost of his sanity.

After the Great Darkin War, Vladimir expanded his magical knowledge on the Blessed Isles before forging a fateful alliance with LeBlanc. Together, they formed the Black Rose and orchestrated the downfall of Mordekaiser, uniting the Noxii tribes to establish the foundation of Noxus.

The rune war

During the Rune Wars, Vladimir and the Noxii sought shelter in the Immortal Bastion. Emerging into a ravaged world, they forged the nation of Noxus, which Vladimir helped shape through politics and blood magic.  

Role in Noxian History  

As a key figure of the Black Rose, Vladimir has influenced Noxian politics for centuries. He assisted in the resurrection of Sion under Grand General Boram Darkwill, though the warrior's uncontrollable bloodlust led to his imprisonment. Vladimir’s influence waned with the rise of Jericho Swain and the Trifarix Council, forcing him into the shadows.  

However, Vladimir has since reemerged as a vocal opponent of Swain's rule, presenting himself as a benevolent socialite while secretly advancing his plans. Under his tutelage, hemomancy has become a powerful tool in the Noxian military and a symbol of loyalty among his followers in the Crimson Circle.

Appearance and Persona

Vladimir is a tall, elegant figure with ageless features, stark white hair, and piercing blue eyes that glow red when he uses his magic. He wears lavish crimson clothing with silver or gold accents, including a regal overcoat and sharp metallic claws on his fingers. Charismatic and poised, he hides his predatory nature behind a refined, aristocratic demeanor, blending charm with an unsettling aura of power.

With an undying thirst for dominance, Vladimir has remained a constant force behind the scenes of Noxian history. As he continues to challenge Swain's authority, his ultimate goal becomes clear: to reclaim the influence he once held and establish a kingdom of his own. Through hemomancy, cunning, and a carefully crafted persona, Vladimir is poised to leave an indelible mark on Runeterra’s future.
